Consultancy

Organisational consultancy encompasses a broad range of measures designed to strengthen the service delivery capability of individual organisations and organisational networks.
To this end organisational consultants help facilitate a structured, goal-oriented change process within the system receiving the advice.
They communicate directly with all process actors, ensuring that the process remains transparent and helping sustain the energy for change.

For organisational review work, we prepare a project brief in consultation with the client agency or organisation specifying the work to be undertaken, identifying staff and/or key stakeholders to be consulted and specifying time frames and costs. The brief may be modified as required to suit specific client needs.
Our areas of expertise include small organisations, Health Social Care and Voluntary Sector teams including time limited facilitation sessions. Other work might involve developing training packages for teams of staff.

Professional Coaching

As Professional coaches we offer an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.
Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customise their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
